Why We Created the Intent Engineer
In this article, we explain why traditional requirements and user stories fall short when working with AI agents. We did introduce the Intent Engineer, a new role SQUER created to bridge the gap between business need and autonomous code generation. This article explains the methodology behind Intent Engineering, the Focused Impact Pair model, and how two people plus AI agents can replace traditional delivery teams.
