My name is Saeed, but please call me Shahab. I am a father of two. So I might drop some dad jokes once in a while 😁. I have been working as a software developer for more than 15 years, and moved to Austria with my family 3 years ago. I used to be a black belt in Karate, but these days I am just wearing black belts.

Shahab is a lead software engineer with more than 15 years of experience in software engineering. He has explored all corners of software development, from frontend to databases, helping teams of all sizes to overcome their challenges. His current Focus is on Software Architecture and Microservices. He is a career learner with a passion for software design and architecture, and is fascinated with the challenges and trade-offs when making architectural decisions. He is eager to share discoveries, whether those discoveries are new or old. His excellent communication skills and patience with mentoring less-experienced developers helped him build teams that are capable of organizing themselves and WORKING autonomously. On top of all that, he is the "supportive-go-to" guy that every team needs. In his opinion, “The only constant in life is change” and what is required of us is to “Embrace IT”, which can be achieved if, and only if, we BUILD a collaborative team where every individual is treated respectfully.
