- Take charge of the company's financial operations and controlling
- Support a team for primary accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Manage cash flow, including forecasting and monitoring balances, to maintain optimal liquidity levels.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans, driving sustainable growth and business initiatives.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field → abgeschlossenes Studium
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or accounting
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to financial management
- Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial modeling and forecasting
