Numbers tell a story – and at SQUER, your expertise will help us write the next chapter. We’re looking for a Finance & Controlling Manager (m/w/d) who not only keeps the numbers in check but shapes the strategic path ahead.

Your Tasks

  • Take charge of the company's financial operations and controlling
  • Support a team for primary accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Manage cash flow, including forecasting and monitoring balances, to maintain optimal liquidity levels.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans, driving sustainable growth and business initiatives.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including tax advisors, banks, and tax authorities.
  • Prepare accurate and timely internal financial reports, ensuring transparency and alignment with internal and external reporting standards.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Streamline financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability, aligning them with the company's growth trajectory.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field → abgeschlossenes Studium
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or accounting
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to financial management
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial modeling and forecasting

qualifications and experience.
